Маленький пляж сполна компенсируется бассейнами. Большая, ухоженная, очень красивая, уютная и всегда чистая территория. Три чистых бассейна с морской водой и обычной , возле которых расположено достаточное количество шезлонгов с зонтиками. Питание разнообразное с Два бара с закусками и напитками у бассейнов спиртное местное, но очень достойное, особенно пиво, вино и виски.
Бармены отличные, всё быстро, четко, с улыбками и приветствиями «Welcome». Персонал гостиницы приветливый и отзывчивый, кроме Евы EVA - работника ресепшена это сочетание грубости и хамства я опишу ниже. Отдыхающие в основном немцы, итальянцы, поляки, румыны. Молодежи не много. Мы с женой отдыхали вместе с двумя детьми и нам было очень комфортно. Интернет работает с хорошей скоростью на всей территории отеля.
Анимация - супер. Федерика, Амелия, Изабелла, Алина и Василий не дают скучать детям и взрослым. Всегда позитивно настроены, дружелюбно общаются со всеми и на различных языках. Алина постоянно занимается с детьми и ребятишки от нее в восторге. Каждый вечер в амфитеатре аниматоры устраивают классные шоу для отдыхающих. Отельный гид Татьяна Pegas touristik помогла взять автомобиль на прокат и посоветовала места, которые следует посетить. Минусы: 1. Номер очень скромный и маленький для 4 человек.
Вместе с тем чистый, уборка каждый день. Отдельного негативного поста заслуживает работник ресепшена по имени Ева EVA. Обслуживание на ресепшене данным сотрудником это просто ужас и позор для отеля. Мне не повезло и трижды когда я в разные дни обращался на ресепшн для оказания помощи я попадал на Еву.
Первый раз я попросил уточнить, где находится ресторан «A la Carte». На мою реплику о том, что с данной памяткой я ранее ознакомился и в ней ничего не говориться о расположении ресторана, она просто не отреагировала и продолжила заниматься своими делами. Второй раз, когда ребенок забыл взять карточку от номера и закрыл за собой дверь, я обратился к Еве на ресепшн и попросил помочь открыть дверь номера. В ответ, я увидел недовольное лицо и услышал фразу идите ждите возле номера.
Спустя 10 минут ожидания на жаре, я вновь обратился с данной проблемой к Еве и получил ответ: «Ждите, сейчас я освобожусь и сообщу о Вашей проблеме горничной, которая откроет номер». Спустя еще 10 минут ожидания, горничная открыла номер. Финальное хамство мне продемонстрировал данный сотрудник отеля, когда я пришел на ресепшн в день отъезда взвесить на специально установленных весах чемодан, чтобы не было лишнего веса при авиаперелете.

Очень весёлый парень! Отличный отель. Хотя номера достаточно скромные, но везде очень чисто. Интернет отличный, работает по всей территории, даже на пляже.
Персонал очень приветливый, бармены в баром пляже всегда приветливые и очень внимательные! Вся территория очень уютная и чистая, всегда есть свободные шезлонги с зонтиком, расположены вальготно. В ресторане выбор еды не самого широкого ассортимента, но всегда есть чем пообедать и полакомиться. Отдельное большое прибольшое спасибо аниматорам Алине, Лучьяно, Василию, Изабелла и Амелии, они суперские.
Алина прекрасно ладит с детьми и безустанно с ними возиться, очень приятная в общении, дети очень к ней привязалась. Каждый вечер в амфитеатре организуют представления, очень хорошие и старательно ребята, умеют поднять настроение! Парни просто космические! Работает массажный кабинет, благодаря Елене, которая является представителем СПА центра попала на массаж. Очень милая и приятная женщина. От отеля был подарок - бесплатный ужин в таверне отеля. Таким количеством блюд местной кухни угощали, что все съесть просто невозможно.

Из Ираклиона до отеля минут , но это потому что завозили людей в 5 отелей. А обратно из отеля в аэропорт доехали за 25 минут, так как в другие отели не заезжали. Поэтому дорога для детей не утомила. Приехали начало 8 , заплатили налог 21 евро за 7 ночей, ужин уже шел, заселили нас оч быстро, поэтому мы сразу пошли на ужин. К слову, парень помог занести вещи и никаких чаевых не ожидал.
И вообще , нигде вовремя отдыха на чаевые никто не намекал. Еда: поправились на несколько кило, так как ели постоянно: рыба, нагетсы, картошка фри, мясо всегда на ужин, супы, каши, мюсли, колбасы, сыры, салатов много я ела греческий-супер. Фрукты порезанные: ананас, дыня, арбуз, яблоки, апельсины, грейпфрут. Сладости на любой вкус. Мороженое на обед и ужин, 5 видов.
